March is peak season in Palm Springs due to the great weather and BNP Paribas Open, so we recommend booking accommodations early!

Shuttles will run between Casa Cody and the Frederick Loewe Estate on Saturday.

More details to come.

hotel

Room block at our favorite hotel, Casa Cody (175 S Cahuilla Rd), pending!

More affordable options nearby include:

The Hilton (10 min walk/4 min drive)

The Hyatt (9 min walk/3 min drive)

Desert Hills (5 min walk/2 min drive)

The Ace (7 min drive - Also very close to the after party at Seymour’s!)

airbnb

There are great Airbnb options in Palm Springs. We recommend staying near Casa Cody (175 S Cahuilla Rd) to shuttle or the Frederick Loewe Estate (815 W Panorama Rd).

Flights

For out-of-state guests, we recommend flying into Palm Springs International Airport if possible. It’s just a 4.5 mile, 12 minute drive to the venue.

Flying into LAX is another option; the drive is approximately 122 miles, or about 2 hours depending on traffic.

restaurant recommendations

We recommend making dinner reservations for Friday, March 13 (book early, as it’s a busy weekend!), then join us afterward for dessert and a nightcap at the Welcome Party.
