travel
March is peak season in Palm Springs due to the great weather and BNP Paribas Open, so we recommend booking accommodations early!

Shuttles will run between the below locations on Saturday:
Royal Sun (Hotel), The Frederick Loewe Estate (Venue), Seymour’s (After Party)
More details to come.
hotel
We’ve reserved a room block at the Royal Sun Hotel. We suggest arriving Thursday or Friday and departing Sunday in order to attend all events.
Please book via this link: Allison & Kees If any availability issues, call (760) 794-7991 and book under “Allison & Kees 3/14”
// $352 per night for 1 King or 2 Queen bedroom (Includes resort fees)
Additional hotel recommendations if this block is not quite your style: Casa Cody (A favorite), Villa Royale, The Kimpton Hotel, The Ace Hotel
airbnb
There are great Airbnb options in Palm Springs. We recommend staying near the Royal Sun Hotel (1700 S Palm Canyon Dr) to jump on the shuttle.
Flights
For out-of-state guests, we recommend flying into Palm Springs International Airport if possible. It’s just a 4.5 mile, 12 minute drive to the venue.
Flying into LAX is another option; the drive is ~120 miles or about 2 hours depending on traffic.
