March is peak season in Palm Springs with the BNP Paribas Open in town, so please book early.

We suggest arriving Thursday or Friday and departing Sunday to attend all events. Traffic to the desert can be very heavy (especially on Friday), so please plan accordingly.

airbnb

There are great Airbnb options in Palm Springs. We recommend staying near the Royal Sun Hotel (1700 S Palm Canyon Dr) to jump on the shuttle.

Flights

For out-of-state guests, we strongly suggest flying into Palm Springs International Airport. It’s just a 4.5 mile, 12 minute drive to the venue.

LAX is another option but traffic can be bad to & from the desert.

restaurant recommendations

We recommend making dinner reservations on Friday, March 13 (book early, as it’s a busy weekend), then joining us afterward for light bites and drinks at 7:30 pm Welcome Drinks.
